26.2 a Marathon at a even pace

Even paced? I've never been an instance where i had to stop, but then again I've never run hard for more than 8k (5 miles). If you've been running for a while and can pace yourself and get in the groove, you shouldn't really have much of a problem increasing your mileage.

As far as a dead sprint, I can't go more than probably 600 meters. I run the 800 (half mile) for track, and I usually try to run the first lap hard and go into an all out sprint heading into the final 300. You want to see a dead sprint? Watch someone run the 400 meter dash. Easily the most excruciating race in track, because it's an all-out sprint the whole time, and the longest such race.

Before anyone gives me props, keep in mind I'm only a 60.0 quarter-miler, a 2:15 half-miler, a 5:40 miler, and a 20-minute 5k. Not too impressive, but I try.

I can go a good 8 miles at a steady pace before I need to walk. I run 5 miles a night and a 10 mile run once a week (with a 5-min walk at the half way point)

He said a continuous even paced run. That is NOT sprinting. Anyways, I am not quite sure the mileage but I have ran for about 2 hours at an even, yet somewhat easy pace. I am going to guess it was 8 flat to 8:30 pace. As far as speed goes, the mile time-trial we had in cross country I pulled out a 4:52 or so I believe, I was dead afterwards.

Nonstop at a dead run? I'm assuming you just mean a constant, semi fast pace, not a sprint, because...anyway. At a sprint, I can do about a mile before I just about die...at a constant semi-fast speed, I can do about 10 miles, which is what we do on long runs during xc. Got to admit, I love the 10 mile runs...not too short, and not so long that you start to think about it too much.

If you mean a quick pace, then about 2 miles. I'll slow down around then. If you factor in a slower jog, I could go all night if I wanted to.

Wouldn't this also depend on if someone is jogging around a track versus on the street/back country?
