I would like to ask some Questions to the people that lived during the Great Depression. What was good about it or what was really bad about it. How did they live, work, play?

I didn't live back then, but you might get a feeling for what it was like by listening to the music of the Carter Family. The group's founder, A.P. Carter, collected folk songs during the depression, and performed them on national radio . The Carter Family's music, which the whole country tuned into, was very important in the daily lives of many people. You can find the lyrics at:

My 78 year old mother was, but she's not online.

What in the world would give anyone the idea that there way anything good about an economic depression?

People lived as best as their very limited incomes allowed. When they had any time to play, the played as they had prior to the depression, just as long as what they played could be played for very, very little if not no money at all. Going hungry, particularly in the cities, was not the least bit unusual.

A bit of reading could be very, very helpful to you here, and it doesn't have to be history. Although reading your history would help as well.

Wow. If they can remember the great depression, they'd be line 90-100 years old now.

Good luck finding someone, though!
