ok theres this guy in my math class that i really like but i dont know if he likes me... he acts like if he does but maybe hes just a big flirt... i mean he flirts with me and hes always huging me and putting his hand on my waist but i really dont know if he likes me hows the best way i can find out?

a guy who does those things to you is probably attracted to you. even if he is a flirt. believe me im a guy and guys dont flirt with girls that they think are ugly or arent attracted to.
but what you do have to watch for is a player, these are the guys who flirt with any girl so he makes himself more of a pimp.
signs of a player:
-very flirtacious towards any girl
-always hangs out with the best's of the best crowds
-almost always on his cell phone
-never focuses in class, but you know what he is focusing on
sometimes you can tell a player just by the way he walks and the way he talks. avoid these guys, they dont care about relationships and usually just want sex. unfortunately MANY girls are stupid enough to fall for a player and they end up crying when the guy hurts her. always be the smarter one or else you let the guy get his candy and your left with nothing.
but yea give it time. if you know for sure he isnt a player then take action and ask him out. guys love when girls ask them out because its usually the guys who ask out the girl. and believe me its much harder for the guys...MUCH harder.

just pay attention to his interaction with you versus his interaction with other girls....if he's paying special attention to you he probably likes you. flirt back and drop hints and see how he takes it...if it's all going well then just ask him out sometime! good luck!!

no one likes any one when they are in high school it all puppy love. wait till your older then you will know based on your woman instincs that a guy likes you or loves you.

just to let you know im a dude....i think he like you...but to make sure talk to him alone and ask him wats the deal...cuz he might just think he might get lucky with you...so ask him wats up or if you like him tell him you like him...but see wat he thinks first
