SO, their is this guy that I really like and we flirt when ever we see each other. Neither of us has the guts to ask each other to do anything, but my best friend and her brother are having a party and he is going to be there. we usually go up in a quite room and talk(just talk!) but, I don't know if I should tell him how I really feel? and if so how would I do it?

just tell himor find some slick way to get him to say something. Guys are shy too. At the party show a lot of signs.

heyy...i was in the exact situation!!! except i didnt tell the guy i liked that i liked him, but i did it at my house....we were like best friends and like we got into a lil fight and he came to my casa to say sorry...and i sumed up the guts and i sed..."look i like you ok!" and he sed he liked me too...but it took him like 2 weeks to finally ask me out!
