he is chinese, im not, but he is really cute. I think he has a crush on me because whne we do partner dancing in gym he always asks to be with me. The part that is confusing is that he always tells me who his crushes are, and i am not one of them. What does this all mean? HELP!

Ok, the reason he doesnt say your name is because his talking to you. Get someone you dont know to ask him and see what he says then. (Hint:dont ask one of your friends to do it because he knows their your friends so he still isnt going to say your name.)
