If you live in an area with a lot of restaurants perhaps you could approach them and offer to supply them on a weekly basis (if you have enough for supply and demand)

I agree with other poster, but also find your nearest Health Food /
Organic/Natural Market. Those places always try to carry local food. Most of the lettuce I buy is produced locally and I live in cold place.
