I have a room that has no light fixture,Idea's to turn a lamp shade into the light fixture cover? Adding something to the shade maybe?
The light is there...2 bulbs and a spiral post coming down from that . It is a old house. I think there was probally something very pretty there but it's long gone now. I have a lamp shade that reminds me of Old victorian times. It's cloth. I would have to put it on upside down on the ceiling. But how to decorate it? Hot glue and what? I am doing the room as a dressing room,2 closits and our dressers,a vanity table and mirror, I want old world/victorian.

you're able to make one very truthfully... come across a chandelier you like (no longer too huge or heavy) then get a socket with a change chain that screws into the winning socket. All you're able to desire to do is drill a small hollow interior the alternative socket, cord the chandelier to the contacts interior the socket, then connect the chain to the hollow you drilled. exciting thought.
