ok like if a guy tells u he wahts 2 go slwer do they mean they wanna break up or just like actually slow down?

It means they're not totally sure you are right for them...they have doubts. It probably means they wouldnt mind seein other people, but they dont wanna give you the boot. They like you, but want to see other people so they can appreciate your qualities more. Take advantage, slow down, see other people too! Enjoy each other, dont hold each other hostage....
PS-Him wanting to slow down doesnt mean there's anything wrong with YOU....there may be someone better for each of you.

I think this guy is looking out for both of you. I believe he wants to still have fun and do the things you have been doin without goin to the next step. The next question is how long have you been going out? if not that long, then there may be an issue to not just slowing down.
