utorrent is downloading between 10 and 20 kbps. this is supposed to be a high speed torret. bearshare downloads between 500kb and 1mps, whats the deal?

It's most likely your firewall or router. (although some ISP block this as well). Check the instructions for the program and check that you have the ports open needed.

it depends on how many seeds and leechers the downloading file has.. if it has alot it will download at higher speeds...usually the normal speed is around 40 -60kbps for torrents

its depend how far u r, nd may b other side have limited connctn bandwidth.
