Are incorporial beings even possible?

Yes, sort of. In order to think, one must retain and process data. Thus one must have some mechanism to do this. This does not need to be corporial as we normally think about it (one could conceive of magnetic beings, plasma beings, gravitonic beings, photonic beings, dark matter beings) but it has to be something.

Nothing can't think.

Yes. It's just that some have bodies that are particular to the condition they exist in. Spiritual beings can exist in not only the three dimensions we know but several dimensions above us simultaneously. See the example of "Flatland" in Carl Sagan's "Cosmos".

Depends on what you consider "thinking" - because if it is chemical signals in neurons, then yes, a brain needs to be present. Right?

yes and no. Even invisible beings have bodies. I say angels have divine advanced technology that let's them do what they do.
