Well my Dad is a Catholic and my Mom was a Wiccan (I say was because she passed away). Both were raised as Christians as was I. My mother and I ended up finding religions that suited us better, she choose Wicca and I, Ãsatrú. My Dad has reminded a Christian and constantly harasses me to believe in his God.
I would say that no matter what religion your parents are it will have some effect, the question is only a matter of how much.

Hinduism, and no, it hasn't influenced my beliefs but it has allowed me to be the person that I am, my parents have always been more open-minded than those of other religions, even with their traditional mindset, Hinduism is an underappreciated religion, I'm an agnostic and hinduism is not a religion but a culture for me

My father was brought up Lutheran, and my mother was not brought up in any religion. She is an agnostic, and her mother is an atheist. I'm a convert to Catholicism, so, no, it didn't affect my current beliefs.

Atheist. My dad eventually became a Christian, but I didn't know that until after I became one, because we didn't speak for 7 years after my parents divorced. We have a good relationship now. It makes my faith stronger knowing what I came out of, and that He still loved me despite what I was before I accepted Him.

Roman Catholic. It actually changed my beliefs from Christianity, I felt it was a hypocritical, greedy church. It also presented alot of frightening dogma to a young child. I never felt comfortable with Christianity. I converted to Buddhism as an adult, never regretted it.

My parents are methodist, and yes it affected my beliefs, but I found things out on my own too. I don't really consider myself methodist anymore, just plain old Christian.

My mom believes in Asian religion and strange spirituality about psychics and such. She has not influenced me at all.
My dad is a Christian, but he hasn't influenced me either. Everything I believe I learned on my own.

They were Christians. And, yes----------it effects me today. I could never follow a religion that says that Jesus is G-d. There is no G-d but G-d, and Jesus is not him.
