Sounds like a good indicator to me.
Sometime soon just mention to him that you're "starting to feel really strongly for him" or something. If you're really scared of saying "Love" then you don't have to. Just avoid it until you feel comforable enough.
That being said, he might think he's being really obvious with you and you're not catching the hint. My brother was thick-headed like that. He and his girlfriend had been together for several months, and sometimes he'd wave her the American Sign Language sign for "I love you." It's a thing my family had done ever since he and I were small children, so he assumed everyone knew what it meant. She didn't, and months after he'd thought he confessed how he felt for her, she was like, "what's that thing you do with you hand all the time?"
So you might just want to clear the air and just ask him either in so many words or more subtly.

I t was a nice romantic slow dance but maybe he has a hard time voicing his feelings to you. Maybe he doesn't want to scare you off and is being sincere but don't push him away b/c he may be a good man for you.
I don't think a low dance with romantic lyrics is rushing but in 3 mths you can have feelings for someone so just enjoy that he cares for you and wants to go deeper in a relationship with you sometime in the future.
You don't know how many of us ladies would die to have a man do that for us.

Well, it could be, then again, it could be that he just loves the song and feels closer to you when its played. After dancing with him during this slow dance song, when they play another slow dance song, dance with him again and see if there is a difference. Then, just ask him! Good luck!

if i have learned ANYTHING about men...it is DON'T ASSUME ANYTHING. You have to flat out "ask" them...they don't get it and they don't take hints!
