.....Since the government won't tell us, we don't know the fastest speed an airplane has achieved.
.....Take off speed totally depends on what type of aircraft you are talking about., the lighter the aircraft, the slower the take off speed.
.....Contrary to what someone else told you tires wear out pretty quickly, especially on jet fighters and transports. The jets I worked on in the military were getting from 10 to forty landings per tire. This is mainly because you are taking a tire that is loafing around doing nothing in the gear bay while the aircraft is flying, then you put it down plunk this humongous weight on it plus it has to go from standing still to well over a hundred miles per hour in half a heart beat (that is the reason for the smoke from the tires when you see a large aircraft land)

The speed range is wide. The SR 71 spy plane got up to over 3,000 miles per hour. A Cessna 150 (two seater) flies at around 120 miles per hour. An jet airliner like the Boeing 747 for example flies at around 550 miles per hour. And, there are all kinds of other speeds in between.
Take off and landing speeds also vary. From around 60 miles per hour to 130 or more miles an hour.
Tires are changed when they are worn and this varies greatly because airplanes are so different from each other.

every airplane is different so each aircraft has different speeds, but the fastest some go is like mach 2 or 3

a cessna can take off at around 60 miles an hour but a passenger jet may need to hit 100 or above

wheels do not get changed very often due to the fact that you do not drive around on the ground so they do not wear very bad.

A backpack and a purse count as 2 carry-ons, unless you put the purse inside the backpack. You can only have enough liquids that fit into a one quart sized plastic bag, so you have to put your liquid products into that bag to take out when going through the xrays in the airport. In an hour trip they most likely will not provide snacks so bring some in your bag. You can't bring any beverages with you but you can bring food. You can buy beverages in the airport once you get past security or just have the in flight drinks that are normally free. I just came back from vacation :)

well depends if you compare the Concorde and a Cessna skyhawk I assure you the speed would be greatley different and for the tires well think about it they taxi at about 20 m.p.h at least commercial jets do and the take off is what 40 or less seconds beofre the wheels are off so not quite as often as seeing them touchdown as you might think

Cheers

1) As fast as they are allowed.

2) The speeds they need to be at.

3) Whenever they need them.

Hope I helped.
