in a class a couple weeks ago (evil class) well we had to do these eye to eye things and we had to have parteners and he either had to choose a friend or me and he choose me. and when he's by me he blushes up. and he stares at me and my friends w/ his shiny blue eye's. and he'll talk oto my friends not me and if he dose talk to me he whispers.

Yeah. He likes you. Most guys tend to stay away, or have trouble talking to girls they like. If he's whispering he probably a little shy to be around you. If he's talking to your friends,he may want to learn a little more about you, so he can really figure out away to impress you, and maybe get you to go out with him.

I'm pretty sure he does. Blushing is about the biggest giveaway sign that anyone can give (unless he just normally suffers from some form of social anxiety).
