i cant pop it, is there something i can do to get rid of it

put toothpaste on it, it should help the most. or put some pepto bismol on it.

Sounds strange but works. White Original Colgate Toothpaste!
This comes from a nurse. Wash face well apply toothpaste, let
dry and leave on for several hours, wash face & repeat. It usually
takes a small period of time to illiminate the pimple as there is a
chemical in the toothpaste that drys it up.

lemon juice made 3 HUGE cyst pimples of fine get a lot less red and infected.
it also helped with my scars.
squeeze a lemon onto the area and let it sit for about 15;20 mins (until its dried up...this might sting a bit)...then wash off with warm water.

talk to a dermatologist. but also something you can get at the pharmacy, try using "clindamycin phosphate topical solution, USP" that would work. good luck
