My Mom has been going through alot lately,and I know she likes this type of music. (We really can't agree in the music department,so I'd like to play it safe and get her something I know that she likes)

A great group is Third Day. One of my favorite songs is "Cry out to Jesus" Give it a listen, I think you and your mom will love it. Other groups/artists are Mercy Me, Chris Tomlin, Matt Redman, Casting Crowns, Jeremy Camp, Joy Williams, Nichole Nordeman. Just to name a few. I hope all goes well and she enjoys some music from everyones suggestions.

Casting Crowns is really good and Mercy Me has a beautiful song that I listen too when things are getting hard its called "keep singing

Well I'm not much into Christian music but if you like "Metal" type music then check out the band "POD". They're a Christian metal band. All their songs are about loving life.

Rebecca St. James is really good, and the music is amazing.
If you prefer male vocals, try Steven Curtis Chapman or perhaps Casting Crowns.

I suggest Casting Crowns, Micheal W. Smith, and Mark Shultz! (my mom also likes Sandy Patti, but I personally can't stand listening to her... lol)
