Virginity is a term used to describe the state of never having engaged in sexual intercourse.

I believe the proper term for it is "technical virgin," but yeah. There's no set definition for what exactly virginity is--some people think that even being touched "down there" makes you lose your virginity and some people have gone all the way except the most technical definition of intercourse and still consider themselves virgins. But there's a massive difference between sexual intercourse and oral sex.
Ironic as it is, I bet there's a wikipedia article about it. Lemme check.

No, you're still considered a virgin - it's a technical term that means a person who has not had sexual intercourse.

depends on the person but usually unless there penetration then technically your a virgin.
