Yoga, walking and breathing exercises don't help? Wow, that's interesting. Perhaps you have some sort of lung condition-- hope not... but the following come to mind: asthma, emphysema, COPD. You can get some initial information from the Lung Association, but a doctor would really be the place to start. Here are some of the possible signals of asthma:
# Struggling for breath
# Blue rescue inhaler doesn't help
# It's hard to speak- you can't finish a sentence
# Sucking in skin above breastbone and between ribs
# Nostrils flaring out
# Pale, grey, sweating
# Blue lips or nail beds
# Really tired, lethargic

If you go to the doctor, they diagnose and prescribe, and still nothing much helps and you are certain that it is "just" (??) anxiety, then you can take a look at the energy therapy called Emotional Freedom Technique. It is the most effective way I have come across to level anxiety, to really nail distress, without medication. You can download the free Get Started Package at http://tinyurl.com/yh5zhu, or if you want to dive in right away by purchasing the inexpensive instructional DVDs click here>>http://tinyurl.com/ycwle8

All the best!

Being anxious can MAKE you have trouble breathing,I would think doing all the other things would make you feel better. Are you on any medicaations for your anxiety? That could be the problem.
