Best quick-fix is having a few swigs of whatever the last alcoholic drink you had. In a way, your body wants to return to its last "state of being" and right now it's deprived of alcohol. Eat some food, but not too much - something high in carbs (i.e. sugar) like a sandwich, pasta or plain bread and butter. Drink a glass of water. Fire up the DVD player and put on a movie you've seen 20 times. Lay down on the couch with a bottle of water nearby and let yourself fall asleep. When you wake up, drink that water and then go take a shower. Cheers!

Eat a packet of crisps and drink a lot of water. If you have dioralyte take that as the worst symptons of a hangover are from being dehydrated.

Drink more! Dont take any aspirin or Tylenol it will have a detrimental effect on your already injured liver! Just suck it up, get some sleep and drink Gatorade and eat some greasy food!

Vitamin B complex Gatorade and water seemed to work best for me. Don't take tylenol (aceteminofen) because your liver is already overworked.

Drink Lots of water... It will help your body get rid of the alcohol.
Next time you plan to drink, start drinking lots of water before drinking....it really helps

Bloody Mary or a beer.
Failing more alcohol, aspirin and lots of ice-cold water. Let your tongue and gums just soak in that water before you swallow that down.
You are hungover because you are dehydrated.
