the fluid: reduces the movement of the little bones in the middle ear, and presses against the eardrum, therefore limiting the vibrations that your auditory nerve perceives as sound.

why? I don't know I just do,think that it will cause an infection in the inner ear,which may lead to ringing in the ears ,dizziness and possibly loss of some hearing,even nausea

Infection and you need antibiotics.
