does ephedrine shrink your penis temporarily ?

sun I took like 10 25 mg. tabs while drinking to stay awake about 10 pm...and afewhours later my penis felt could to the touch and felt like the body was sucking it in somewhat..it lasted till about 7 am the next day...why does this happen ?
