i knew that there is an airport in jinan ( shandong capital ) is this airport an international one or it's just between china provinces.. & what's the distance between this airport and zibo district in Zhoucun city ?

Jinan airport does not take any international flights. So you will have to fly into Beijing first before taking a connection flight to Jinan. Then you can take a train or bus to Zhoucun city or Zibo City.
Now here is the thing. My understanding is that Zhoucun is part of the greater Zibo City. But you are saying Zibo is a district of Zhoucun city. Either way, if you are going to Zhoucun city from Jinan by bus it would be less than 2 hours. It's not that far but it's just that the bus is slow, it stops quite often. Though I think you might be able to find an express bus nowadays that can get there in about 1 hour.
