im sorry but the only way to get rid of them is to cut them. If you need help fast, like, tonight, and just want to camouflage them, you can use a conditioner designed for split ends and leave the ends slightly damp with the conditioner on it. (ponytail perhaps)
BUT as a stylist, i highly recommend that you CUT THEM OFF asap!!

I get my hair trimmed every 2-3 months that prevents split ends from forming and removes the ones you have now.

Get a trim. Then you can prevent them from happening. use a good conditioner and shampoo, do not put your hair up a lot, especially in a tight pony tail. also, cut back on any blow drying and straightening. Do not brush your hair as hard, or unless you really need to.

Get your hair trimmed. It will make your hair look healthier and longer. To prevent split ends, don't use heat on your hair (blowdryer, straight iron, curling iron, etc.) and get your hair trimmed regularly.

the only way is to cut off the ends. if you do this( cut just the tips) once of twice a month and condition the ends it shouldn't be bad later.

Try a peanut butter pack. Wash your hair first then massage a whole jar of peanut butter into it, wrap it with a damp towel, give it a couple of hours, and shampoo - hey it's cool again.

put gel on the ends of your hair, moisturize your hair with "for dry or damaged hair" conditioner. or put straightening balm in your hair to prevent flyaways. the best thing to do would be to get a small trim
