I would go with 400 just to be safe, check on it every now and then to make sure they are cooking well enough.

I always cook all potatoes and fries at 400 degrees and they always seem to work out, and in the oven for about 20 minutes, and less deepfried

I think it is 375 or 400... for about 15-20 minutes.
