You can get a heel lift from your chiropractor that goes in your shoe. I would however visit a local chiropractor to see if that really is the problem. If it is they will give you the right millimeter heel lift to wear in your shoe to help with this problem. I had to wear one. But getting adjusted on a regular basis can help with this issue too.

Hi Baggy!!!
If you or anybody you know suffers from this condition, the one should go to a professional therapist.
There they will provide with the exercises, that suits the condition. visiting s professional therapist, will help the person to avoid being injured, or possibly dislocate one of the hips.
GOOD LUCK, GOD BLESS YOU & HAVE A HAPPY LIFE

I suspect you are talking about one hip being higher not fatter than teh other. (meaning one leg is longer) The treatment is a lift in the shoe under the heel.
