how can i make it go away ..quick!....its like 4 little bubbles ugh!

What you have there is most likely Herpes Simplex.. It will last approx 1-2 weeks on its own. But there are antiviral medications that could possibly cut down on that time, but you are going to have to see a MD or dermatologist for a prescription. Other than that its pretty much over the counter topicals that do little more than cut down on the pain and itching.

(now why going into this did I know no one wanted to hear fever blisters & cold sores were actually HERPES?)
