Some one suggest colgate for my pimples.It works a little but now it make my skin dry and feeling rough.Should I stop using it or it is just the process of getting it better?

I really can't describe how it really looks but it kinda look like i have glue dry up on my face.
Lil help would work

Toothpaste is for your teeth. I actually use rubbing alcohol and put it just on the blemeshes when I notice them. It dries out your skin but its not paste so you wont get glue face. It also kills the bacteria around the zit which is another bonus.

Just use it at night - toothpaste is really great for drying blemishes and yes it's the drying process.

I know people who use it and say it's great.

Since it is working for you, rinse with warm water afterwards. Because I was in a dermatologist office, I saw "Oil of Olay" bars in despensers in every room. Ever since, that's what I use.

You can get the white unscented one if you like.

I'm gussing you should stop useing it for awhile and do nothing. If it is still dry apply lotion but if it is worse try ancefree.
