Motorcycle Title in Texas?

A friend of mine imported some motorcycles from China. I tried to get them registered and was told I didn't have the right paperwork. I can't come by the papers. Is there any other way to get it legal to drive.

No, you can't register those in the US unless they have an MCO from the manufacturer and meet US safety and emissions standards.

Go back to your friend and ask for the correct paperwork. No, there is no other way.
