What's a way besides brushing your teeth which I already do. What's a really good way but without going to the store to buy those white strips or something.

Some of the most cost-effective methods to teeth whitening are the whitestrips you hear so much about -- they've come a long way since they were introduced years ago. Whitening toothpastes are more beneficial for maintenance of already white teeth. Professional options are ultraviolet radiation that essentially bleaches your teeth (smiling when you're tanning or an orthodontist/dentist can do this) or bleaching trays, which can be painful and hurt your gumline. Anything with a peroxide is not too harmful. Drinking lots of water and laying off coffees, teas, and dark sodas is also a good idea. I would honestly recommend the Crest Whitestrips Premium though---they've worked for me many times in the past.

over-the-counter whitening products (white strips, gels, etc.)contain the same ingredients as professional whitening products, just in lower concentrations. any whitening product can cause sensitivity in the teeth and irritate the gums, and white strips will only whiten your front 6 teeth, so if you show more than that when you smile, it won't whiten past your canine (eye tooth). white strips do work, but they may take more time and give a less dramatic result than professional whitening.

White teeth and aesthetic mouth affect our overall appearance, the impression we leave, and our interpersonal communications. Oral discoloration is an issue that many people deal with. This is mainly due to the fact that it doesn't take much for this problem to occur.
