No, but the data that it writes to your Hard Disk becomes scattered faster. You'll have to defrag on a regular basis if using Limewire.

I've had limewire for quite awhile now. It hasn't caused me any problems. The program limewire is fine. It's what you download from limewire that can cause problems. Just watch what you download and your computer will be fine.

I have limewire, and I have had it for a while. Nothing happend to me. It just depends on your computer. Its possible you could get a virus, but you probably wont.

All it does is let you download music and other files from other users. So it could bring the computer down because you might be getting viruses.

ive had it for a few months and nothing has happened 2 me, so i guess not, but u might wanna get an idea from other ppl too

Not exactly, but it does make EVERYTHING on your computer available to anyone else. It spys on you.
