I expect that the age is determinate. It just takes expertise. You need to buy some. Find a licenced appraiser with some creditibility in Eastern Orthodox devotional objects.

This is a visual question and needs a visual clue. Publish a decent picture. Then we have a chance at giving you a good answer. You do seem to know something about it. Or at least have given it an educated guess. you believe it to be Coptic, why? You know its subject, you know its surface and support. Knowing that much, you should know that devotional art is usually not signed.

Do us both a favor, give as many details, including size and condition as you can, and a good picture. Include it in additional details.
