im dealing with the same thing right now, the biggest help is spending time with the people you love who you can talk to, i've started to feel better, because i was able to tell my best friend everything that was on my mind, and while we did not agree on everything, he still listened, and thats what i needed, also it might be best to avoid being home alone.

I also suffer from PTSD, it is something that you will deal for the rest of your life. What has worked for me is counseling, medication, keeping a journal, and understanding myself., and pray, trust in the lord to listen. I have gotten to the point I understand things alot better, and have found time is a heeler also. It does get easier. I keep a journal of my thoughts and feelings, this works. You can write whatever you want, its yours. It has taken alot of work, I wish you the very best. God Bless you and may he be by your side. Believe

Talking about your feelings. Taking long quiet walks with a person I trust or love or both.
