Frame shop, craft store, or glass shop that does windows. You did not say how thick or what use you were putting it to. Thicker than framing glass you will have to get at a shop that does glass for windows and shower doors.

Your local glass company will have it for sure. However, Home Depot does carry some standard cuts.

Look in the yellow pages under "glass". You should find dealers in glass, or mirrors that will cut glass for you.

If you are in the UK you can look in the yellow pages under glazier and then find a local shop where you can pop in and pick it up there and then (they can cut it whilst you wait, and beval it etc etc)

any glaziers shop could help you. at a 1/2" thick, it might be pricey. especially if it's tempered.

there are companies that specialize in plate glass. google them or look in your yellow pages. sometimes they sell autoglass too
