I would leave out the first part. It just sounds mean and negative.

Rephrase it to achieve what? You could rephrase it to be more dismissive, or less confrontational. I'd recommend the following:
"I'm not interested in your opinion, but I do agreee that you're entitled to have one that's different than mine."
