It is heart truth most easily understood as poetic truth. For some, however, the song of the stars, the dance of the orbits, the majesty of quantam mechanics are also poetry. The comments about myth need to be understood in light of the meaning of myth or Urgrund (German). Myth is like the gravel upon which the footings rest upon which the foundation rests upon which the mud guard is laid etc. Myth holds the primitive truths of life in a poetry that is easily remembered and transmitted by all. Truth remains truth, whatever the container.

I can only answer this as a Christian but I would be interested to hear how people of other faiths see things.
If you're talking about statements in the Bible they can be either depending on the genre of the litterature (and the thus author's intention - so Genesis chapters 1 and 2 are poetic so not intended to be taken scientifically, as are the Psalms... and Jesus saying "I am the door" !!!)
However there's another type of truth that goes deeper than either of these. Revealed truth - where you just know something deep inside of you - like knowing that you are loved, or that Jesus is God. Karl Barth (a twentieth century theologian) pointed out that it is only God who can open our eyes to this deep knowlege about himself.
But he opens our eyes to see it if we ask him and we are willing to let what we see impact us.
Hope you find answers to your questions

More Like Poetic Truth...
The Bible is a literary owrk, after alll, containing reflections, proposals, interpretations, parables spanning thousands of years--all trying to explain the relationship between God and humanity, the nature of evil, and what "it" is all about...
There's nothing scientific about the Bible....

The word 'Myth' in a religious context means literally a religious truth.
So the correct answer is 'Myth'.

It's not more like either one. Truth is spiritual and it is logical.
