Maybe when you are bored your body things food to take the boredom away. Otherwise, your body just needs more energy on different days

What are you eating? Some foods just get used up more quickly than others. Are you exercising some days and not others. When you exercise, you burn off more calories and get hungrier.
Are you really hungry? Most people mistake thirst for hunger. You might take a glass of water before you eat. Sometimes that is all you need.

How hungry you get during the day depends on what you do and what you eat. For example, Sat. morning one goes for a hard run through the neighborhood eating a muffin for breakfast. You're hungry by 10. The next Sat. one goes for a run this time eating bowl of wholesome oatmeal. ^_^ yum. This not getting hungry till 12.
Hope that's helpful

I would suggest drinking more water. Most times your body is simply dehydrated and not hungry. This could be the reason. Just try to keep a bottle of water on hand at all times.
