I've recently been through a scary experience. So scary I can't sleep at night. My children and neice are also scared at night. We had a visitor, an evil visitor. my son seen it and heard it talk. It was saying something to him in a different language. my niece heard it walking. I only felt the presence of it. My younger son didn't feel/ see or hear anything. Does anyone out there know of things like this. is there information that can help ease my mind.

What you describe is unusual but the devil only leaves a person alone for a short time if they are still one of God's children or about to become one.
Mostly the devil just puts thoughts in you head. Things that you would rather avoid but then come to think that it is your own thoughts and that this is something that you really want. But as soon as you do it, or get it, then this same being condemns you to hell for being so weak and/or evil.
Why? this evil came to you so strongly indicates that something big is in your future ...for the GOOD of you and your family . And this evil doesn't want you to go near it!
If this was my situation, I would "pray", ask God to show you what it is that He wants for you and your family and tell Him that you are willing to receive it or do it. Then ask for some protection from God from this evil that is scaring you and your family.

About a month ago for about 2 weeks it felt like some "thing" or entity was kind of inside my throat. It felt for 2 whole weeks that a hand was wrapped around my throat, not too tight but it was very uncomfortable. I prayed and prayed to God that this thing would go away and one day it felt like this entity just jumped out of my throat. It seemed like it tried to come back but it was much weaker and it left for good. Just ask God to get rid of this evil spirit and he will.

I do believe in the Creator and there is an evil side. The Bible says in Ephesians 6: Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints.
And there is power in the name of Jesus. If you're not already, get into a Bible believing church. Get your pastor to pray with you and pray the blood of Jesus over your house.
And in Proverbs it says: Proverbs 3:24
when you lie down, you will not be afraid; when you lie down, your sleep will be sweet.
I looked out a window on day and saw one of those evil visitors. It scared me too. But trust in the Lord. He will keep you safe and give you peace.

You need to draw close to God. You need to accept His son. God will protect you from any demonic forces. They cannot hurt His children.
The evil is out there. They can torment you, they can even crawl inside of you if you are an "empty house" Luke 11:24-26
Our Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, will put a wedge of protection over you.
But, for Him to protect you, you must be one of His children.

psalms 23. have faith. If you are one of Christs children evil has authority or power over you. Quota scripture to your visitor in the name of Christ and see who will be afraid then.
