how can i tell if i definetly have a fever without a thermomet though. I don't want to go out and buy one.

What will it change? Fever or not, you'll feel the same way either way. Take some cold medicine and get into bed!

Take some tylenol. It will lower a fever. Sleep and drink lots of water or a sports drink.

Usually, when I have a fever, I feel really hot on the inside, but I feel really cold on the surface of my skin. Basically, the most uncomfortable feeling EVER.

Drink water. Keep hydrated and stay in bed. If you are going to get sick this is the start. Maybe take a tylenol.
