WHAT?

Where do you hear this? I am a born again christian and I have never said I had a "vision" of hell. I do know it exists. And I have an idea of what it will be like according to God's word, as it is described in the Bible....but for someone to just come out and say they have had visions of hell- the actual hell? Is this some type of group you have heard this from?

The only time I hear Christians talk about what hell is like is when they are answering questions on this site.

On the other hand, the atheists and those who don't like God put posts about hell being a "burning" "eternal" "mean" place all the time.

Maybe they know more than we Christians do.

We just ignore the place. It has nothing to do with us.

First of all hell was never intended for humans but for satan after he rebelled against God. Christians preach hell to warn humanity that without receiving God's forgiveness through Jesus Christ that hell will be our destiny for eternity. Through Jesus heaven will be our destiny. I am a believer in Jesus and I also believe the Bible to be the Word of God. There have been people with visions of hell who were not christians but after their experience they became believers!

I think that you're referring to people who were Atheists at the time.

edit:

Mostly, there are many people who claim to be Christian whom God may allow to experience the truth so they'll truly repent.
