Free software for Grocery List/REcipes?

I am looking for a free program that lets you put together a grocery list and gives you recipes for the ingredients. Download.net is not giving me good ones

Not sure I've see that... I know www.heb.com allows you to make a custom grocery list & to go through their recipes & add them to your list.
