Most likely the younger child has the red eye in your pictures.To resolve this find a camera that has a pre - flash or anti - red eye feature. The red ey in your child's eyes are caused by taking flash pictures in a room without fairly bright lighting. A child's eye's pupil's are open to a greater extent. Turn on all lights you can prior to taking a picture. Take time to look at his or hers pupils notice the black spot in the center if it's big the room needs more light to make it smaller. The flash reflects the back side of the eyeball causing a red reflection which your camera prints on your film.

I'm not sure why, but the same thing happens here. One child never has red eye in photos, but the other always does.

you should use red eye go awayer!! it will make them both have no red eyes~ does one of them have a diferent color eye??
