In the northeast in the suburbs, which is where I live. I live near new york, but I am comfortable where I live. There are no earthquakes, volcanoes, tornadoes or anything like that there. There is crime everywhere, but even in NYC I feel same compared to a lot of other places.

well i would say the North pole. theres nothing up there. no people very little animals and best of all far way form any radiation from when we blow the hell out of each other :P
