Everytime my boyfriend brings his friends over he acts real cocky and REALLY stupid but to me that is tottaly normal . The thing that bugs me is the fact that one of his friends doesnt find me attractive and it makes me feel like crap but i dunno why it bugs me soooo much i shouldnt care what he thinks but it does now im feelin really low.

Not to be harsh, but you care because you're like every other girl out there. I don't mean that in an offensive or derogatory way, but if I polled 100 girls I guarantee at least 95 of them would tell me they care significantly about their appearance (why else would you guys spend hours on your outfits, hair, and makeup). And with all the time and effort that is put forth in making you look beautiful you want approval, as everyone does for a job "well-done." So in that regard I think it's pretty standard of you, however, I disagree with your feeling. I don't think that girls should care what insignificant people think of them, and their appearnce for that matter..... An ex-girlfriend of mine had the same problem as you, and I told her it shouldn't matter who thinks you're attractive as long as I do.

i'm not a psychologist but i think i can figure this one out. i think what is happening to you is you need to know you are attractive by others for youself to believe it. that's the way i am. but ever since a really hot guy at cosmic bowling was hitting on me, i felt great about myself. i know that isn't the best way. but i think if your boyfriend thinks you are beautiful, you should just ignore his friend. after all, your not going to date his friend, right? so i would just forget about the guy and focuse on your boyfriend. i hope i helped you!

maybe you feel that way because your use to guys thinking that your an attractive person but now you have met someone that doesn't because your not his type. it shouldn't bug you to much tho because hes not your bf and u shouldn't care what he thinks :)

its a self esteam thing. hold your head up high and ingnore the worm. all you need to know is your BF thinks your attractive.

you know what it could be... maybe you like the guy that picks at you and he could very well like you back... he thinks by being mean that he can hide what he feels for you that way and I think he could be jealous.. If he's mean to you then he doesn't have to think about how much he really likes you :) :) :)

1st of all, if he was a true friend to your boyfriend, he souldnt be saying that his girlfriend (you) isnt attractive. and if your boyfriend hasnt defended you, then he's not a good either...
