Outlook express problems - please help!?

Ok, so I has an Outlook Express account which I used a lot on my computer, and then my brother got a new computer and replaced the old one, taking everything he thought we needed onto the new computer. I didn't think about it at the time but I want my Outlook Express account back, and I don't know what to do. Is there a way I can configure the account on the new computer? I know I can still log in with it on webmail.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, check the options on the ISP site for setting up Outlook to get the email.
