Confidence should be a part of the Personality Pie.
I'd like a guy with a confident personality...but there is something sweet and endearing about a shy and precocious guy.
If I absolutely HAD to choose, I would chose personality. If its that great of one, I am sure confidence dwells somewhere in there too.

both are the same if he has a great personality but no confidence there is no point, but if he has confidence but a bad personality that is just annoying but if i had to choose one i would say personality

both its a big thing for me if a guy has both it shows that he has enough courage to stand up for himself
