i can not calm down to go to bed at night! i get so tierd at school.
i need some tips to go to bed. no, i will not get drunk or take any bad pills!!! Tanks a lot

Exercise a couple hours before you go to bed. Drink warm milk. Write down anything you are thinking about and write a possible solution for each thing. Stay out of our bed as much as possible during the day. Next either read or try focusing on your breathing. I keep my mind focused on one thing and count to 10 and then back down to one. I do all that and it helps me go to sleep.

One of the best ways would be too read a book until your eyes get very tired or drink a warm glass of milk at night that calms you. Make sure whatever you are sleeping on or with is comfortable because if you arent comfortable your night would be irritable. Don't fall for ads for mattresses like the Tempurpedic because they might be useful but takes a few weeks for you to get used to them.

well the main thing is don't take any naps during the day...exercise and eat a well balanced diet and don't pig out....If you are tired and well fed but not terribly full you whould be able to enjoy a full night's sleep...and try get at least 8 hours more if possible of sleep...so you need to get up at 7 am go to sleep at around 10 PM good luck

take a hot bath before bed. i do it every nite and i cannot sleep if i dont. it really will help your muscles relax. when my daughter is uptight she does it too...and it helps her every time. she is 12.
meletonin is a good thing to try too...but for a child i think a doc should be aware. both my kids have trouble sleeping both take 5mg a couple hours before bed ( as per doc orders)

when i can't sleep i either think of something really boring or listen 2 music but with the volume almost all the way down. it works 4 me so maybe it would work 4 you.

i would try to relax and watch tv or listen to the radio but not wild and crazy shows and/or radio dont run around and then try to go to bed

calm down. relax. foce yourself to sleep if you have to. if you stay up on the phone all night stop. just put on a good CD you like(CD's with calm songs) or just go to sleep with the radio on. it works for me.

k this normall helps me:
first, take a single moment to reflect on your day, how was it?
then think of absolutely nothing. if that dont work then try thinking of a blank sheet of paper.
