You can actually just go on www.weightwatchers.com and find recipes there or get a weight watchers cookbook. But here's one of my favorites:
Shrimp and Mango Salad Pitas:
1 tsp olive oil
3 medium scallion(s), sliced
2 tsp ginger root, grated
1 medium garlic clove(s), minced
1/2 cup light coconut milk
1/4 pound cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 medium mango(es), chopped
3 medium celery, stalks, sliced
1 medium sweet red pepper(s), seeded and chopped
4 small wheat pita(s), halved
In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil.
Sauté scallions, gingerroot and garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Stir in coconut milk and transfer to a medium bowl.
Stir in shrimp, mango, celery and pepper. Refrigerate, covered, until flavors are blended, about 3 hours.
Spoon shrimp salad into pitas.

A coworker brought this one and it's a great dessert and only 1 point!
1 tub lite cool whip
6 tablespoons lite peanut butter
Chocolate wafer cookies or nilla wafers
Thaw cool whip. Beat in peanut butter. Place cookies in the bottom of a medium muffin cup. Fill cup with cool whip. Drizzle with chocolate syrup if desired. Freeze!
It tastes like the old style drumsticks, without all the fat!! Enjoy!

I only make up my own WW soups. Any veggie soups are low in factors. One I extremely love is Tomato Basil Soup. I made the recipe up so quantities are approximate. 2 super carrots, peeled and chopped 2 celery stalks, chopped a million clove garlic, minced a million c onion, chopped a million c basil leaves, finely chopped 3 super (the biggest length, they are approximately 28 oz..i think of) cans of finished tomatoes, chopped and use liquid too 2 cartons low sodium rooster broth a million tbsp pepper a million tsp cayenne pepper a million tbsp Mrs. sprint Saute the onion, carrots, celery and garlic in a pan (using non-stick cooking spray) till soft. In a pot sufficiently enormous to hold each and every of the soup factors, pour interior the inventory, upload the vegetables, tomatoes (with liquid) and seasonings. convey to a slow boil then turn right down to simmer. After 20 min upload basil, cook dinner for 10 greater min. Puree a million/2 the soup using a blender and return it to the pot and stir all of it mutually. rejoice with!!!!! 0 factors!!!!!!!
