dark all the way. You can taste the chocolate flavour much better.
Up here in Canada our chocolate is actually a lot less sweet than in the states. For example, our hersey bars are darker and have less sugar than in the US. I don't like the taste of US chocolate at all -- it's just too sweet and you can't taste the chocolate at all.
