Flaming Dr Pepper
No party is complete without shots on fire!
151 Bacardi
Di Sorona Amaretto
Beer
In a shot glass fill 1/2 151 and 1/2 Amaretto
Pint glass half full with you favorite beer
Light the shot drop it into the beer (make sure the fire goes out) then pound the beer/shot mix.
It tastes just like Dr Pepper and the 151 messes you up!

Long Beach: (In a tall glass)
1/2 oz of Vodka, Rum, Gin,
1/4 oz of Tequila
1/2-3/4 oz Triple Sec
Sour Mix until 1 inch from top
Splash of Cranberry Juice

Any alcohol drink, can be a "virgin drink" just leave out the alcohol. Shirley Temple, is lemon juice with 1/2 ounce of grenadine, add a cherry a pretty little umbrella and voila. Virgin Ceasar is Clamatto juice, wet the lip of the glass and place in a saucer of salt to line the edge, fill with clamatto juice add a celery stick and there you go you have a virgin ceasar. Have fun at the party.

This worked at the bar the other night when I was bar tending. We had specials for $2-
Ray of Sunshine (a personal recipe)
In rocks glass
1 oz Malibu/Coconut rum
1 oz Banana Rum
Orange Juice or Pineapple Juice
Liquid Sword
In rocks glass
1.5 oz Razzmatazz
.5 oz Vodka
OJ
When people mix this one together it looks like poop water but tastes SUPER good.

My favorite! Chocolate Martini (made my way of course):
about 2oz of Bailey's Irish Cream
and about 1oz of each Godiva Chocolate Liquor and Van Gogh Expresso Vodka
You can change portions of course to taste... I prefer more Bailey's for more of a creamy martini
Also Chocolate swirls on the martini glass are a nice added touch (and people can choose to stir that chocolate in while they are drinking it).

Vodka, Triple Sec, a dash of lime juice, mixed with crush ice. then put a dash of Grenada (pomegranate) juice to float on top. Squeeze a package of ketchup down the middle of the drink and put a tampon down the middle. I call it a "Bloody Period"

Jolly Green Giant - 1 shot apple pucker, 1 shot Hypnotiq liqueur, 1 shot vodka (any kind, but citrus is good), sweet and sour mix (3 shots) - combine with ice in cocktail shaker, strain and serve. :) Makes 1, but it's super-easy to double or even make a pitcher. :)
