It happens in IE and Firefox when I try to load http://games.yahoo.com/console/dailyjigsaw , and it started happening after I defragmented my HDD. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Shockwave, but the problem remains.
How can I fix this please?

Have you try other Yahoo games to see if you get this error? If the error is only on the daliyjigsaw puzzles, it's a badly coded webpage and there's nothing you can do except notify the webpage designer. If the error is on all webpage that use Shockwave, you need to uninstall Shockwave again. For some reason your uninstall or install routine is corrupted. Run Windows updates and install all critical updates. Reinstall Firefox and let IE repair itself on the Add/remove programs panel. Reboot PC and try to run the Shockwave installation again. You probably need to run 2 installation files : one for IE and one for FireFox. After the installation go to Shockwave site and test the installation.
